Unable to upload assets via ADI since the error occurs "ACCOUNT ERROR:VALUE IS INVALID" in any column with LOV enabled

When I enter necessary asset information (i.e category, location, and etc.) in the excel file using LOV, the LOV function is workable but whenever I finished the selection, system will prompt the error message "ACCOUNT ERROR: Value COMPUTER(or USA, or...) is invalid".

Since I am very sure that all values I picked are enable and valid in the system and the "allow dinamic insert" box is checked, that I cannot figure out why the error will raise.

If someone has ever encountered the same problem or have any idea regarding this situation, please kindly give me some advise.

Hello,

Do you have Security enabled?

If yes, change the profile option to BLANK and try again.

I also get the same error. I would appreciate if you could let me know if you resolve this issue. I currently have a tar logged with oracle and unfortunately have had no joy.

I don't know what version anyone is on, but we experienced the same problem when we were on ADI version 7.1.15. The problem was fixed when we patched to 7.1.17.
