  1.1、pip 中 wheel 报错Failed building wheel for XXX（但包可以安装成功）

      报错：would build wheel with unsupported tag ('cp38','cp38','macosx_11_0_arm64')

        解决方法1：

python -m pip install wheel setuptools pip --upgrade

原文：Can't build wheel for MacOs M1   

        解决方法2：

       使用conda安装：conda install 包

二、M1 芯片 包版本
