Abstract:

With

the

increasing

number

of

building

floors

today,

the

difficulty

and

danger

of

cleaning

glass

has

increased

dramatically.

In

order

to

solve

the

problems

of

this

large

safety

risk,

low

efficiency,

and

difficult

in

cleaning

corners

with

the

traditional

manual

cleaning

method,

a

fully

automatic

household

window

cleaning

robot

is

designed:

51

single-chip

microcomputers

are

used

as

the

main

chip,

and

two

DC

geared

motors

are

set

to

drive

the

tracks.

The

robot

realizes

the

forward

and

backward

movement

and

the

steering

function

on

the

glass;

a

miniature

vacuum

pump

is

selected

to

cooperate

with

the

negative

pressure

suction

cup

to

ensure

that

the

machine

is

adsorbed

on

the

glass;

a

set

of

micro

-switches

is

designed

to

help

the

robot

provide

signals

to

the

main

chip

when

it

touches

the

window

frame;

the

mechanism

design

and

circuit

control

system

design

of

the

window

cleaning

robot

are

given.

The

robot

driving

stability

test

shows

that

the

window

cleaning

robot

has

stable

adsorption

and

flexible

movement,

and

can

realize

the

function

of

intelligent

glass

cleaning.
